We’re excited to invite you to the ICRA 2025 Montreal Satellite Event! This three-day event connects local robotics researchers, students, and professionals with the global ICRA community through live sessions and networking right here in Montreal.
Whether you’re joining all day or just dropping in, everyone is welcome!
The RAISE Lab, Mila and McGill Centre for Intelligent Machines (CIM) are proud to support Montreal’s robotics community by facilitating this satellite event.

Program & Activities
Our schedule will closely mirror the official ICRA 2025 program, following the ICRA live stream schedule:
Live Sessions: Real-time streaming of selected ICRA 2025 keynote talks and sessions.
Local Networking: Meet and connect with Montreal’s robotics community, including researchers from Mila, McGill, and other institutions.
Discussion Breakouts: Join group discussions or informal Q&A on session topics, research collaboration, and the latest trends in robotics.
Refreshments: The RAISE Lab is happy to sponsor coffee and snacks throughout the day.
Lunch: We will not be providing lunch. However, both locations are within short walking distances from many restaurant options. We encourage you to plan to grab lunch with other attendees as an opportunity to network/connect.
